FIELD TRIPS
Field trips are provided at our lowest possible rate support local schools and communities in providing access to our unique programs.
Activities Available: Cheer, Gymnastics, Parkour, or All-In-One
Below rates are available for a class or group of classes visiting the facility within one single day, with no gap between groups.

Charge per participant- 2 hour session
1-2 classes (same day per our schedule) $9
3-4 classes (same day per our schedule) $7
(Now includes a special coupon for each participant should they wish to return to our facility)
Max Class = 40 students
Minimum Group Charge = $150
Format:

Arrive

Check in / Intro / Rules etc

Class rotating through lessons and stations.

Break (snack etc)

Approx 30 minutes of open gym time / practicing skills they learned ("lines") with guidance from Coach.

NOTE:

Every participant must bring own water bottle, separate pair of dry clean indoor running shoes (or go barefoot), athletic attire and properly completed waiver.

Payment in full is required to reserve a time.

Final participant numbers must be confirmed 7 days in advance.

Cheques made out to Royal City Cheer and Tumbling Society

Credit Cards are subject to 3.5% surcharge.

Teacher(s) from School must be present to manage any support needed (e.g. behaviour, clean up from snack, etc).

Support workers who are required for students in school must also accompany them for field trip.
